Greenfield Recovery Ltd is a firm of licensed Insolvency Practitioners who specialise in company restructuring & insolvency solutions across the UK.  We adhere to the Insolvency Code of Ethics and our Insolvency Practitioners are regulated and licensed to provide company restructuring & insolvency services.

Each of our Insolvency Practitioners will have passed the Joint Insolvency Examination Board (JIEB) examination and will have the necessary practical experience to satisfy the RPBs.

Our Insolvency Practitioners are licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales  or the Insolvency Practitioners Association.

Licence holders have significant responsibilities and cases are always taken in the name of the individual insolvency practitioner.  Each is accountable for all the cases taken in their name.

We pride ourselves on our friendly, caring approach and we aim to share the responsibility that Directors & Owners of distressed companies may be feeling. With offices in Birmingham and Doncaster, our licensed insolvency practitioners and their teams will work with you, establishing a resolution that achieves the optimal outcome for your company, its employees and creditors. 

Advice may take the form of negotiations with creditors both secured and unsecured, including HMRC, trade creditors, financial institutions and landlords. It may be the raising of finance or insolvency help - our insolvency practitioners speciality. 

Our company restructuring and licensed insolvency services range from Company Voluntary Arrangements to Administration through to Liquidation if need be. We also advise on the fiduciary duties of Directors and can assist with finding funding for companies.
